New York, NY - The Fisker Owners Association (FOA) has announced our conditional support for the proposed sale of 3,231 Fisker Ocean vehicles and assets to New York Uber lessor American Lease, subject to court approval in the current bankruptcy proceedings. This sale represents a significant step forward for existing owners, providing a path to ensure the long-term operability and support of our vehicles.
Fisker and American Lease have committed to continuing good faith conversations with the FOA regarding software and hardware solutions essential for the long-term use of all production Fisker Ocean vehicles.
