How do I join FOA?
I have no access to the FOA Community

When you signed up successfully with FOA, you should have received an invitation email to join our Discourse Forum. It might have ended up in your spam folder, so please check there – and search in your emails for a message coming from notifications@fiskeroa.discoursemail.com
If you still can’t locate the invite, please reach out to info@fiskeroa.com using the email address with which you joined FOA . Ask for the invitation to be re-sent.

How do I pay for membership?

If you signed up for FOA, but didn’t pay for membership, you just have to go to our membership portal on JoinIt.
Once you get to the page, you should NOT click on the login button. You just need to scroll down, select what membership you want, click Join and follow the steps.
Remember, to use the same email address as you used when you joined FOA!

How do I renew my membership?

You will get an email from JoinIt when it’s time to renew your membership.
We do not recommend to renew until you are reminded, as this will alter the membership period.

My car isn’t working properly – please help!

Having a car with problems is frustrating. Our goal is to assist you in getting help.
Most issues with the Fisker Ocean can be fixed by simply bringing the car to ‘deep sleep’ and waking it up again.

To do that, exit the vehicle, open the charge port door and lock the vehicle. Walk away from the car, so the key fob is out of range. Once the blue light in the charge port turns off, usually within just a few minutes, your car is in deep sleep. Enter the car again and check if your problem has been fixed.
If the blue light hasn’t turned off within 5 minutes, come back to it after an hour and check again. If it’s still turned on there are other issues interfering with deep sleep that will need to be solved, which you can find out about by searching the community for “deep sleep”.

If the issue hasn’t been fixed, please go to our FOA Community and search the forum. There is a lot of posts that helps solve issues with the car, and a very active community ready to help you out.

I’m having issues with Ocean Link Pro

As the new app is being rolled out, we are collecting bug reports and feature requests.
